When you place an order

The order form asks for your name, mobile number, emirate and delivery address, your payment choice and an optional note. When you press a send button, these details and your items are emailed to our team. If you choose WhatsApp, the same message also opens in WhatsApp. This website has no customer database. We keep the order email as our record of the sale.

When you add to cart

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage. Each time an item is added, our team receives an email with the product and quantity. That email contains no name, phone number or address.

When you browse

Google Analytics runs on this site and sets its own cookies under Google's terms. We set no advertising cookies and run no retargeting pixels.

Who else can see your data

• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests to it.
• Resend delivers the order and cart emails.
• Google receives Analytics page-view data.
• WhatsApp (Meta) receives your message if you order on WhatsApp.
• Our delivery riders receive what they need to deliver: your name, phone and address.

We do not sell or rent your data. We never see card numbers, because nothing is charged online.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Message us from the phone number you ordered with so we can confirm it is you. Some sale records may need to be kept.

Age

This site is for adults of 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.
