These terms apply when you use puffs.ae or place an order. By using this website you accept them. "Puffs", "we" and "us" mean the operator of this website.

1. Age limit

You must be 18 or older to order. Nicotine products are for adults only. The rider checks Emirates ID on delivery.

2. Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel any order. We work to keep descriptions and images accurate, but errors can occur.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams and can change without notice. Nothing is charged online. You pay on delivery by cash, card by payment link or bank transfer. Card and payment-link orders add 5% VAT.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our delivery policy. Times are estimates and delays can occur. We deliver inside the UAE only.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds follow our return policy.

Puffs is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Al Fakher, Crown Bar, ELF Bar, ELFBAR, HQD, Myle, Pod Salt, Silvaper, SPRK, Tugboat, TESIYI, Vaporesso, VGOD, VNSN, VOZOL, WAKA, Yuoto, BECO, JNR, Kalyan, Lost Mary, Nasty Juice, Vapes Bars, Ghost, VELO and Fox, or any other brand mentioned on this site. All product names, images, logos, brands and trademarks shown on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are shown for identification and visibility only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship. All rights remain with the respective brand and trademark owners.

To the extent the law allows, Puffs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or inability to use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
